As co-founder of FRAY, Adam's interest in live shows began with a childhood back stage visit. His work as a video designer now spans arenas, museums, and opera houses. He works in a collaborative process, treating video as one element that sits seamlessly alongside set, lighting, and sound to create a single image. Having designed live shows for artists including Joji, Chase & Status, Foals, Glass Animals, and Coldplay, he regularly directs large teams to test new technologies and expand the creative limits of live music.

Articulating what you need so that others understand your vision is harder than most people think. Then throw in the pressures of careers, profits, and stakeholders and you have a recipe for creative death. Learn about core needs and how to use them to make work that matters with people who feel like they matter for brands that want to matter.

Creative Strategy

Twenty years at the intersection of digital experience design, brand strategy, and applied behavioral psychology has given Jenny a specific kind of pattern recognition: she sees the thousand micro-adjustments that turn creative vision into work people actually remember, and tension into the conditions where bold ideas don't die in committee. She leads with agency, clarity, and trust — creating the environments where enthusiastic curiosity replaces fear and the best work becomes inevitable.
