To make AV budgets go further when we don't know for sure what we will be asked to do next, or the following, year, we need to design for flexibility. Open-standards and interoperability are two weapons we should deploy as we consider moving our content over IP networks.
Hybrid installations are a challenge - but they are the most common scenario. Additionally we may have multiple different user needs in the same organization - 'one size fits all' is unlikely to deliver. Disparate systems are not flexible.
Learn about the IPMX open standard scheme with the widest 'user-need' footprint of all AVoverIP approaches.
