Conor McGill is a leader in the digital multimedia entertainment industry, with extensive experience spanning consumer electronics, film and television production, concert touring, corporate events, immersive entertainment venues, and media architecture. He is passionate about helping people better understand, experience, and utilize technology to enrich their personal and professional lives. As the Director of PIXERA USA, Conor oversees the growth of the PIXERA team and the product’s adoption in the U.S. market. He also serves as a global product and business advisor for AV Stumpfl, PIXERA’s parent company.

Jenny Beatty is the creative leader you bring in when the brand experience is too complex for any one discipline to own. She builds the strategic architecture that connects brand with digital experience, physical space, motion, and content into a single coherent approach — and she's done it at the scale of a $5B smart city, across Fortune 500 brands, in both agency and in-house environments.

J.T. Rooney is a Partner and Executive Producer at Silent Partners Studio, a visual design and production studio known for its work across live entertainment, installations, broadcasts, concerts, events, and cutting-edge virtual production. J.T. has led major projects including the 2020 MTV VMAs; concerts with Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, and Kid Cudi; commercial projects with BMW, Ricoh, ESPN, NBA, and other global brands; and film and television projects with Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon, and more. A pioneer in the virtual production space, he has helped establish Silent Partners Studio as a leader in creative producing, technical consulting, and virtual art department work, and is recognized as a prominent voice in this rapidly evolving area of the industry. In addition to producing, J.T. is deeply involved in the development of new tools and technologies for touring and live experiences. He actively contributes to industry boards, working groups, and innovation-focused initiatives that continue to shape the future of immersive media.

Kerstin Hovland is a production designer and creative director working in the mediums of moving image, light, and space. Specializing in real-time visual systems, interactive media, and experiential design, she creates innovative projects that span live entertainment, virtual production, and immersive experiences. Her work has been featured at prominent venues and events worldwide, earning recognition for its seamless integration of art and cutting-edge technology.

Laura Frank has spent 30+ years in entertainment technology, from top NYC lighting programmer (David Bowie, Broadway) to pioneering Screens Producer (MTV VMAs, The Game Awards). She is the author of two Routledge textbooks, Creator Advocate at Megapixel, and founder/Executive Director of frame:work, a 501(c)(3) professional society hosting its fourth annual conference in London, November 2026.

Currently focused on emerging technologies at Fuse Technical Group.

Molly Gray is a Content and Screens Producer specializing in live music events. She has contributed to the visual language of tours for Jay Z, Kenny Chesney, Twenty One Pilots, Bon Jovi, and Lil Wayne. Her media work has also been featured in high-profile events including the Super Bowl Halftime Show, the Grammys, Fortnite’s World Cup, and BlizzCon. Molly began her career at Lightborne before launching the content company Tantrum. A genuine fan of live music and performance, Molly is known for her hands-on style — immersing herself in the process, guiding creative teams, and keeping production running smoothly so artists can focus on what they do best: creating.

With over 25 years in the display technology and AV industries, I’ve led innovation at the intersection of engineering, business development, and corporate strategy. I’ve held leadership roles at globally recognised companies; driving product vision and execution across a wide range of professional markets. Today, I partner with clients as a strategy consultant and advisor, leveraging deep expertise in display technologies to support product development, innovation roadmaps, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. I bring a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to solving technical challenges and unlocking new business value.

Founder of Technical Business Development Consultancy, Neutral Human. Sarah’s career in the creative industry spans over 20 years. The last decade, Sarah has headed up international sales divisions at some of the industry’s leading technology companies, including disguise, Notch & Stage Precision. As well as being a board member of the Frame:work creative video community, Sarah can now be found supporting cutting edge technology and service companies through strategic business development and consultancy, Neutral Human, founded in 2022.

An NYC-based designer and creative director whose 25-year design career spans art, fashion, theater, dance, live events, immersive experiences, and virtual production. Her favorite projects involve storytelling through content and experiences that showcase emergent technologies and then getting those technologies into the hands of a broader spectrum of artists. As a creative producer, she communicates clients’ visions with technology teams to push the boundaries of what can be accomplished.

Soren is a creative entertainment, media, and brand communications executive with thirty years of experience building, operating, and transacting companies that help the world’s most celebrated performers, brands, and business leaders shine at mission critical moments. He is proud to be a co-founder of frame:work and honored to be part of this community.

Traylor Woodall is a lifelong storyteller, artist, musician, and experience creator. What began as a traditional graphic design background, expanded and evolved over his 30+ year career as motion graphics, film and interactive media were added to his creative palette. Fast forward to today, Traylor’s passion is enabling what he calls ‘bad math’ - empowering creative teams and clients to realize 1+1=3 levels of collaboration. Currently, he is the CEO of Fivestone Studios, an immersive multimedia agency that leverages design, media production, technology and storytelling to create wonder and drive human connection.
