Raul Leiva

Raul Leiva is a Creative Technologist at AVI-SPL's XTG in London, working on experiential AV concepts across corporate, cultural and immersive environments. He spent over 25 years in museums and cultural institutions, most recently at Royal Museums Greenwich, before moving into commercial AV in 2026. He holds an MA in Museums, Galleries and Contemporary Culture from the University of Westminster, has published on accessibility in museum design, and teaches a design thinking and accessibility workshop for MA Museum students at Westminster. His work focuses on bringing participatory, visitor centred design principles from the museum world into experiential technology projects.
