For Who?
LIVE PIXEL People
WHO ARE WE
Pixel makers are the people who put images into physical space: the media server programmers, screens producers, content designers, and systems engineers behind live events, installations, and virtual production. Our conference gathers them in one room to talk shop, share practice, and show how the work gets done.

About

A Conference for
Pixel Makers

Creative and engineering, virtual production and permanent install, arena and proscenium. This is where we share what we know.

01

HONEST TALK, ON THE RECORD

Speakers walk through real projects, including the parts that broke. The workaround, the fix, the thing they would never do again, the lesson they use everywhere.

02

SMALL ON PURPOSE

A few hundred people in one building. By day 2 you've stopped introducing yourself and started comparing notes. We could grow this. We would rather you experience close community.

03

A CONFERENCE & AN ORGANIZATION

A few days together is where the bonds form and knowledge is shared. You carry both back into the work and to the extended professional community.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Conference Highlights

Attendees tell us this is the rare room where the guard comes down. Same industry, same problems, same delight in them. Here's what they say.

Creative Talks

We design for environments, not rectangles. Our creative sessions unpack designer workflows for spatial video configurations.

Technical Talks

Image processing and signal delivery at arena scale. We present technologists engineering systems at the frontier of video display.

Production Talks

Communication is a production tool. Clarity is a science. Our production sessions show how to turn ambitious designs into finished shows.

Sponsors

Mission believers

Our sponsors understand how particular this corner of the industry is, and that a thriving community makes everyone's work better, theirs included.

Questions Answered

Get clear answers to common queries and find the info you need for a smooth, enjoyable experience.

WHAT HAPPENS AT frame:work:london?

Two days of sessions across three tracks, plus a workshop day and evening gatherings. Speakers walk through real projects, including what broke and how they fixed it. No victory laps, no product pitches.

HOW ARE THE SESSIONS STRUCTURED?

Sessions run 40 minutes with 10 minutes for questions. Three tracks run at once, so you build your own path through the weekend. Lunch and evenings stay open for the conversations that brought you.

ARE SESSIONS RECORDED?

Yes. Sessions are recorded and streamed unless a speaker asks otherwise, and recordings go up on our YouTube channel afterward. Livestream tickets will be available for anyone who can't travel to London.

CAN I PROPOSE A SESSION?

Yes. Our call for sessions is open now. We want real projects, including the parts that went sideways. You don't need to be a known name or a practiced speaker.

WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?

Tickets open August 5th. This is a small conference by design, roughly 280 people in one building, and past events have sold out. Plan ahead. Don't count on buying at the door.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Refunds are available up to three days before the event. After that, transfer your ticket to a colleague at any point, including the morning of.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

We don't hold room blocks, so book direct and book early. Hotels we recommend near the venue: St Clement, Waldorf Hilton, ME London, Hoxton Holborn, and NoMad London. All within a short walk.

CAN I VOLUNTEER?

Yes. Volunteers keep the conference running, and helping is one of the fastest ways to meet everyone in the room, get to know the community, and put something into what frame:work is building. Shifts come with a ticket. Email hello@framework.video.
